We've added some new items!

• Chicken pesto pizza - grilled chicken with pesto instead of marinara and mozzarella cheese on our focaccia crust
• Veggie burger - our own recipe - made with chickpeas, carrots and pecans with a spicy kick - fat free and never frozen.

Our soup of the day may feature:

• Buffalo chili (low fat and low carb)
• French onion (low fat and low carb)
• Roasted red bell pepper (low fat)
• Chicken carrot ginger - with cilantro and mushrooms (low fat and low carb)
• White chili (low fat and low carb)
• Posole - a Southwestern stew of hominy and pork (low fat and low carb)
• White bean puree with pesto - low fat and low carb
• Carrot - roasted carrots and onions pureed with vegetable broth - low fat

We now serve brunch on the weekends until 3 pm and both restaurants serve breakfast every day from 8 am until 11 am.

Our bar at Ziggy's Healthy Grill in Montrose is now open!  We serve beer, wine and mixed drinks - check out our menu for happy hour specials every day from 3 to 6 pm.

We are very pleased to offer products from a local farm, Georgia's Grass Fed Beef:

• Eggs from free range chickens fed no antio-biotics or growth hormones
• 95% lean beef from grass-fed cows which are anti-biotic and hormone free
